3rd Gravel Championship

Italian Gravel Championship 2024 – 1st G.P. Borgo dei Gatti

The Italian Gravel Championship returns to Golferenzo (PV) for the 3rd edition, in the heart of the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese. A full tricolour weekend on gravel roads, dirt tracks and asphalt, with racing, cycle tourism and the Oltre Village.

Saturday 29/06 – Oltre Gravel & Oltre Village

The weekend opens with Oltre Gravel, a non-competitive ride open to everyone that follows much of the race course (gravel, road, MTB, cyclocross bikes etc. allowed). The Oltre Village area will be set up (expo, sponsors, welcome area), and the attendance of Vittorio Brumotti has been announced.

Note: single circuit of about 42 km to be repeated according to the above. Start and finish in Golferenzo.

Saturday 29/06

• 16:00–18:00 – Licence check (Golferenzo Town Hall)
• Free practice on the circuit (optional)

Sunday 30/06

• 07:30 – Meeting point (Golferenzo Town Hall)
• 07:30–08:30 – Licence check (followed by technical briefing)
• 10:00 – Mass start
• ~13:30 – Expected arrival of the first riders

Fun fact

On the podium, the toast is with Blanc de Blancs Brut Millesimato classic method Lebollé – Losito-Guarini winery. On Monday 1 July the Oltrepò area will also welcome the passage of the Tour de France.
